Terms of Use

Liability
Prompt Harbor Collective provides education services and community access as described on foramulfa.digital. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your participation in programs shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific workshop pass giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, goodwill, or data, except where Korean consumer law mandates otherwise. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot legally be capped.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to digital community spaces or future seat reservations if you harass participants, share harmful instructions, or attempt to compromise other members’ systems. Where payment has been collected for a future dated session, termination for cause will follow the refund pathways described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
You may stop using the site at any time. Certain provisions—intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law—survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere. Courts in Seoul shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer in your home jurisdiction.
If a translated copy exists for convenience, the English version prevails for internal operations unless local law requires otherwise.
Acceptance
By browsing foramulfa.digital, creating an account in our community spaces, or purchasing a workshop pass, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and—where applicable—Returns & Refunds. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not register for paid sessions.
Parents and guardians must enroll minors; we do not knowingly contract with children under fourteen without verifiable consent.
Intellectual property
Workshop materials, rubrics, recordings where offered, and branding remain owned by Prompt Harbor Collective or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use handouts for internal learning inside the organization that purchased seats.
You may not resell course packs, redistribute recordings outside the cohort license, or scrape the member forum. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into anonymized examples with identifying details removed.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration details, follow facilitator instructions in live rooms, and refrain from introducing malware, spam, or unlawful content into community channels. You will not attempt to reverse engineer our delivery stack or probe other participants’ accounts.
When using AI tools during exercises, you must comply with your employer’s acceptable-use policies and with the policies of any third-party providers you connect.
Service description
We deliver live and hybrid workshops, clinics, and community moderation as described on each pass page. Schedules, instructors, and venues may change when weather, health advisories, or instructor availability require substitutions of equal seniority.
Informational pricing on the site does not constitute an automated checkout; final invoices or enterprise agreements may include taxes and administrative fees disclosed before you confirm payment off-site.
Contact us first at the email below so we can attempt informal resolution within fourteen business days. Korean consumers may also use Korea Consumer Agency mediation pathways where applicable. We document complaints related to instruction quality and community safety in line with our internal quality standards program.
