Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-04-22
Scope
This policy covers workshop passes and team packages sold directly by Prompt Harbor Collective through foramulfa.digital or signed order forms referencing these terms. It does not cover third-party marketplaces unless expressly stated on your receipt.
Timeframe
For live sessions, you may request a full refund at least fourteen calendar days before the published start time of your cohort. Inside fourteen days, we may offer a seat transfer to another eligible colleague or a partial credit toward a future session when operational costs have already been committed.
Digital-only community memberships—if offered separately—carry a distinct cooling-off window disclosed at purchase.
Contact
Refund requests must include your order reference and participant email, sent to [email protected] with “Refund” in the subject line. We confirm receipt within three business days.
Process
We verify eligibility against attendance records and payment logs. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate manual transfer with you.
Processing times follow card network rules but typically complete within fourteen business days after approval.
Eligibility
Participants who have already accessed more than thirty percent of distributed materials or attended the first live block may be ineligible for full refunds except where Korean consumer law grants broader rights.
Enterprise agreements may specify custom cancellation windows; those signed terms override this page where they explicitly differ.
Exceptions
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or force majeure, you receive a full refund or complimentary reschedule—your choice. If you miss sessions due to personal scheduling without prior notice, standard windows apply.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can resolve issues quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of future registrations while facts are reviewed.
Korean consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or related instruments. Where this policy and mandatory law conflict, the law prevails.
